Boris Glubokov |
Boris Glubokov was born in 1967 in Saratov.
His grand father was a famous artist in Saratov and his great-grandfather was a famous doctor. Boris is a штеукуыештп example of “gene memory”. Boris began his education in the Medical institute. But after 3 years studying he gave up and in 1987 entered Sratov’s art college. After that in 1995 he continued to study in Moscow State Humanitarian University.
Now Boris works for the regional newspaper as a director for the culture department. Boris Glubokov is a well-known artist, journalist-critic and a poet in Saratov. He is keen on painting, graphics, ceramics, poetry and story writing.Boris is a very famous personality in Saratov. He illustrated the number of books and magazines.
The creative art works by Boris are very serious, sincere and meaningful. Russian nature inspires him for creating beautiful warm landscapes. But his painting is not traditional. Boris likes “games in art” and this tendency predetermines his own way in creation. Such principles as «mask» principle and «comedy» principle lead him to encode undercurrent ideas in his art works. Boris is very ironical towards everything and this approach is hidden in the plot, composition and colours ranging. The main goal for him is to show the theatre character of the world, to uncover the common things and to emphasize their true nature. Boris doesn’t like the moral things in art; he believes that a real artist shouldn’t underline contrasts. The real mastership for him is to show nuance and shades.
